Arpeggiated chords

In measure 8 of Chopin Etude Op. 10 No. 5, there is a rolled chord Bb-F-D in the left hand and a single Bb in the right hand. What is the order of the notes combined?

--highest left-hand chord note D together with right-hand note Bb?
--lowest left-hand chord note Bb together with right-hand note?

Prelude Op. 28 No. 2, measure 22, there is a right-hand chord roll D-E-G#-B and a solid octave (Es) in the left hand. How is this played?

--highest right-hand chord note B together with left-hand octave?
--lowest right-hand chord note D together with left-hand octave?

Prelude Op. 28 No. 3, measure 8, there is a right hand chord roll, and a single left-hand note.
Same questions.

Prelude in C# minor, Opus 45, measure 72, there is a right-hand chord roll A#-E-C# with a grace note A# before it, same as the lowest regular-sized chord note A#. (The single left-hand note F# is tied from the previous measure.) How is this arpeggio played?

Thanks.
