Howard had access to lots of nonpublished manuscripts and the like. If you cant find it online, then there is little chance you will find it. However, you could always write to Liszt societies / organizations perhaps you could work out a deal. Then again, if you are just an amateur, those in posession of manuscripts / copies would most likely deny you access to them.
