As I am a horrid composer myself, I can't offer any real comments. It has a good melody and flow, I find, and although the subject of titles is rather trivial, I would recommend in place of "nocturne," "barcarolle" just because that's more of what it sounds like, to me.

Odd, it worked perfectly when I first did it, but now it's not working for me either...

The problem may be Geocities; in fact, I'm sure it is, as I've had personal experience. It'll often randomly decide that it won't properly host one's things, showing "the page can't be displayed" things, etc. Sucks indeed.

Eitherway, as for your Nocturne in D Minor, I loved it. It was downright mournful, but at the same time exquisitly beatiful. There was also an element of suspence to it. I don't know why you say you suck at composing, but you don't. There are thousands of movies that would have scenes needing a song like that.
